Customer Review: Better than a flat one.

I love this splatter screen. There is enough room to keep most of the splatter from being forced through the screen, as was the case with the flat screen. In addition no condensation is created unlike some of the others. The feet are a great idea but would work better on an electric stove top, rather than my open gas top.

Cuisipro Dome Splatter GuardThis ergonomically-designed splatter screen keeps sauce and grease in the pan, and away from stove surfaces, nearby walls, and clothing. It fits 10- to 12-inch round pans, and is domed to accommodate recipes with oversized ingredients such as Southern fried chicken or beef shanks braised in red wine. The screen is constructed of 18/10 stainless-steel with a mesh center, and has a reinforced heavy-gauge wire frame and handle. This extra-fine mesh keeps even the smallest food particles from escaping. Four loop feet elevate the screen so the mesh never touches the countertop.
