I absolutely love these tongs. The silicone tips are terrific. The locking mechanism works very well. I use them almost everyday and wash in the diswasher. The only rust issue I've noticed was caused by the small chain that came attached holding the product tag, which I shouldn't have left on there. They are super easy to clean. I mainly wash them in the dishwasher, but I always give them a good scrub with my trusty kitchen brush beforehand. I will definitely be purchasing more of these.
