I love this whisk. Since I purchased it, I've been using it to stir all kinds of things. It has come in very handy. It's also quite sturdy, so you don't have to worry about bending it at all. It has a silicone coating on the whisk portion, and I think that keeps food from sticking to it. I have several Cuisipro products, and they are all great.
