Our Caf? line is the ideal collection for anybody with a passion for the perfect cup.Professional baristas and brew-at-home latte lovers can froth their milk to perfection--140 to 160 degrees Fahrenheit or 60 to 70 degrees Celsius--with this top-quality thermometer. A clip hooks onto the edge of a frothing pitcher and adjusts, so the 4-inch stem is halfway into the milk. Temperature readings register on a round-faced gauge, with outer numbers displaying Fahrenheit readings and an inner circle indicating Celsius degrees.
